North Lincolnshire Council is seeking a dynamic and experienced One Family Approach Policy Manager to lead the development and implementation of strategy, policy, performance, and assurance functions that strengthen our early help partnership working.
About the RoleThis is a high-impact role where you will:
Lead strategic planning and policy development for early help and safeguarding.Drive quality assurance and performance frameworks across services and partnerships.Champion co-production with children and families through the Experts by Experience programme.Provide expert advice and support to professionals across agencies.Represent North Lincolnshire at regional and national forums to influence policy and practice.
You will manage a small team and volunteers, work flexibly across locations, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders including government departments, elected members, and community organisations.
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone with:
Significant experience in education, social care, health or related settings.Proven ability to lead multi-agency partnerships and influence service development.Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation, early help frameworks, and strategic planning.Excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills.A commitment to co-production and continuous improvement.A management qualification (Level 4) and experience in volunteer development or project management are desirable.
