What You Will DoThe Operations Manager is responsible for the Operations team which includes Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning and Logistics. You will lead an Operations Management team to deliver and execute on the site Operational Output and Operations Strategy. Promote an environment that challenges the existing process and strives for excellence through continuous improvement and flexibility. Accountable for delivering rigorous Safety (S), Quality (Q), Delivery (D), Cost (C, Lean (L)/People (P) targets across the function, introducing new products and processes and unleashing the department's potential.
What You Will LearnThe ability to lead a team and deliver and manage a business unit with the wider operations. Exposure to the wider organization and how to manage through a wider business.
Track record of delivering a world class operation and building effective teams.
Required Security Clearance: This role may involve access to export-controlled information and hardware. An export license may be required to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory security checks, export license approval, and, if applicable, the completion of a non-disclosure agreement.
