Learning Operations Manager, REGAN & DEAN
Be among the first 25 applicants – an exciting opportunity to join the leading trade association in marketing and project manage their professional learning and development programme for members. You will manage 1 Operations Executive and work with the Learning Content team to deliver and continuously improve high‑quality learning experiences across masterclasses, the Marketing Diploma and other virtually delivered professional trainings.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll oversee the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of learning products and delegate experience – including diploma qualifications, masterclasses and corporate learning contracts. This operationally focused role ensures everything runs smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standards. You’ll collaborate closely with content, marketing and tech teams and manage external suppliers, tutors, speakers and virtual classroom platforms to deliver an exceptional learning experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead end‑to‑end project management of the Association’s Masterclasses, Diplomas and corporate learning programmes, from launch to delivery (mainly virtual).
Manage 1 executive.
Handle logistical delivery across Absorb, HubSpot and Zoom, and coordinate communications for all internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
Engage faculty, providing updates, performance feedback and maintaining their connection to Association activity.
Oversee virtual classroom platforms to ensure a stellar delegate experience.
Lead quality assurance processes and drive continuous improvement.
Work with content, marketing and tech teams to streamline processes using technology, reducing admin and boosting efficiency.
Produce monthly reports, analyse performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Support the Director of Operations with budget management, raise POs, track costs and process invoices.
Brief the marketing team to promote learning products.
What You’ll Bring
Experience delivering virtual learning programmes to professionals or within higher education – ideally through an Association, Institute or professional body.
Strong project management skills – budgeting, process design, scheduling and stakeholder coordination.
Understanding of quality assurance and maintaining high standards through improvement.
Excellent communication skills – clear, diplomatic and confident with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Experience managing and developing a team to support growth and success.
A collaborative, people‑focused working style and willingness to contribute beyond your core role.
Comfort working with data to produce meaningful analysis and reports.
Methodical, detail‑oriented and highly organised.
Friendly, approachable and committed to creating a positive experience for learners and colleagues.
