Padel Club Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £40,000 + up to 10% bonus
Contract: Full-time, permanent
We’re recruiting a Club Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day running of a brand-new outdoor padel facility opening on a university campus in March 2026. From pre-opening through launch and beyond, you’ll have full responsibility for the club’s operational performance, commercial results, and community culture.
Supported by a central leadership team but trusted to run the site as your own, this is a hands-on management role ideal for someone who enjoys building teams, growing participation, and creating a welcoming sports community from the ground up.

The Padel Loft is the UK’s only university-dedicated padel operator, delivering accessible, affordable and community-led padel clubs in partnership with universities. Our new three-court outdoor facility at Aston University is the latest step in our expansion across UK campuses, offering long-term career growth within a fast-growing sports brand.
