Paraplanner We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a well-established and reputable financial planning firm. This is an integral role supporting the delivery of high-quality financial advice to clients, providing essential technical expertise, research, and reporting support to the advisory team. The Role: As a Paraplanner, you will work closely with Financial Planners to ensure clients receive accurate, compliant, and tailored financial planning solutions. You will conduct detailed analysis of clients existing financial arrangements, research suitable products and providers, and produce comprehensive reports that align with clients objectives and regulatory standards. This position requires a methodical, analytical, and highly organised individual who takes pride in delivering work to the highest professional standard. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed Financial Planning Reports for Advisers to present to clients. Conduct research and analysis on financial products and solutions to support tailored recommendations. Assist with client reviews and handle day-to-day client queries. Submit and monitor applications with product providers. Maintain accurate and compliant client records within the companys systems. Prepare client review packs, illustrations, and documentation as required. Keep up to date with financial products, legislation, and regulatory changes. Ensure all activities adhere to firm and industry guidelines, including compliance and data integrity standards. Requirements: Proven experience within a financial advice or wealth management firm, including report writing and technical support. Diploma-qualified (or working towards this) is desirable; however, individuals with strong paraplanning experience will also be considered. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information effectively. A reliable and organised individual who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Team player with a professional and positive attitude.
