About Heidi
Heidi is on a mission to transform healthcare by halving the time it takes to deliver world-class care. We envision a future where, by 2050, every clinician practises with AI systems that reduce administrative burdens, improve the quality of care, and increase accessibility for patients globally.
Built by clinicians, for clinicians, Heidi is powered by a diverse team of engineers, medical professionals, mathematicians, designers, and operators. In just one year, we've powered over 20 million patient consults and currently support more than 1.5 million consults every week.
Following a $16.6m USD funding round, we are scaling fast across Australia, the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe. The UK team is highly autonomous and laser-focused on turning clinician adoption into enterprise-level change.
The Role
We're looking for a Partner Manager to lead our UK commercial partnerships with EPR providers, integration partners, and technology vendors that fit seamlessly into the NHS tech stack. Your goal is to make Heidi the obvious choice inside the systems UK clinicians already use, while building partnerships that generate demand, warm leads, and long-term product stickiness.
You'll own the partner lifecycle from identifying and securing the right relationships, to delivering integrations and joint go-to-market plans that convert into active usage. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where success is measured by partner-driven adoption and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, negotiate, and manage UK partnerships with EPRs, telehealth providers, and other vendors that can embed Heidi into clinician workflows.
Develop partnerships with organisations that drive qualified top-of-funnel demand or bring warm leads into the UK commercial pipeline.
Collaborate with technology partners to enhance Heidi's overall product offering and ensure interoperability within NHS digital environments.
Work with partners on joint marketing, co-selling, and integration plans that directly accelerate adoption.
Monitor and report on partner performance, using data to prioritise high-impact activity.
Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure partnerships are aligned with UK go-to-market objectives.
About You
3-5+ years in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally in SaaS or HealthTech with exposure to UK healthcare systems.
Demonstrated success in building partnerships that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Skilled at navigating procurement and integration conversations with senior NHS and vendor stakeholders.
Commercially sharp, highly autonomous, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Why Join Us
Impact - Shape how AI transforms healthcare in the UK by embedding Heidi where clinicians already work.
Autonomy - Operate in a lean, entrepreneurial team where speed and ownership are the norm.
Growth - Influence both partnership strategy and product-market fit as the UK business scales.
Reward - Competitive base salary, commission, equity, and benefits including generous leave, wellness days, and a personal development budget.
