As a People Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR processes, supporting colleagues and managers across the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding through to contractual changes, absence, and leavers. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, producing data reports, and providing highquality administrative support that enables the wider People Team to deliver an excellent, customer-focused service.
You will comply with relevant legislation and act in accordance with Platfform's policies and procedures, including Code of Conduct, Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, Data Protection and Information Security. You will also be expected to carry out your work in a way that reflects our values and trauma-informed approach.
