We areseekingan organised, friendly Pool Receptionist to manage guest bookings, share information on pool activities, promote essential swim accessories and help keep our changing facilities clean and tidy. If you enjoy a guest-facing role and have a flair for service and sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests, ensuring a smooth start to their pool experience.
- Promote and sell pool essentials like armbands, goggles, and other swim accessories.
- Provide information on pool schedules, safety rules, and available amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness in the reception area, changing facilities and toilets, contributing to a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Monitor bookings and pool capacity tomaintaina safe and enjoyable setting for all guests.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service or sales role is beneficial.
- Friendly, confident communicator comfortable with promoting products to guests.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, family-friendly environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak times.
