Operatives to join their expanding team in Broughshane.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position with a well-established and growing company. As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacture of high-quality precast concrete products used in construction projects throughout the UK and Ireland, including a number of award-winning developments.
Pay & Hours
? £13.00 per hour (£13.50 per hour after 12 weeks)
? Monday to Friday, 7:00am 4:00pm
? Overtime paid at Time and a Half
? Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
? Preparing moulds and production equipment.
? Pouring and handling concrete products.
? Producing precast concrete products in line with daily production targets.
? Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
? Completing production records and timesheets accurately.
? Communicating effectively with Team Leaders regarding production progress.
? Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
