Thrive Shepton are delighted to be working with our ongoing client in Wells, who are actively recruiting for Assembly Operatives on a fixed term basis to join the team till at least the end of December 2025. Permanent positions could be offered for the right candidates.Responsibilities:Ability to accurately weigh
Ability to accurately adding and arranging ready meal componentsReplenishingMaintaining high hygiene levels
Conduct quality checks
Team player
Ability to work in a fast past environment
Preferably previous experience within production
Do you have:A good English levelA positive approach to work / positive attitudeA desire to develop skills and progress within the business
Working Hours:0600-1800- Monday to Thursday (Could reduce to a 10 hour day depending on production levels)What you will receive in return:Basic pay rate of £12.88 per hour between Overtime pay rate of £15.65 per hour between after 40 hours
