Drive Design Projects to Success
Ready to take control of complex engineering timelines? We’re looking for a Project Planner to join our consultancy team and keep high-profile defence sector projects.
You’ll be the planning expert behind the scenes, building resource-loaded schedules, running mitigation scenarios, and ensuring every milestone is met. Your insights will guide multidisciplinary teams and help deliver projects that exceed expectations.
What you’ll do
Develop and maintain robust, resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to keep plans aligned.
Identify risks early, report opportunities, and drive proactive solutions.
Run what-if scenarios to demonstrate cause-and-effect impacts.
Deliver clear, actionable monthly progress reports with corrective actions.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience managing complex project schedules in a design consultancy environment (built environment).
Expertise in Primavera P6 and familiarity with NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
Strong analytical and communication skills – you make data tell a story.
SC Clearance (or ability to obtain - must meet minimum residency requirement of 5 years in the UK to obtain); DV clearance highly desirable.
Project management qualifications that back up your planning expertise a plus.
