What You'll Be DoingThis full-time, Monday-to-Friday role is all about system optimisation and engineering insight. You'll be:Enhancing and developing the current maintenance management system (Shire Pirana)Leading criticality assessments and tracking Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF)Analysing breakdown data to optimise Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)Collaborating with TPM and FMEA teams to embed smarter practices
Working closely with stores admin to ensure critical spares availability
Championing a shift from reactive to preventative maintenance thinking across the team
Who We're Looking ForYou'll come from an engineering background and ideally have hands-on maintenance experience - but this role isn't about fixing machines. It's about building a smarter, more reliable operation.You'll stand out if you:Have experience with Shire Pirana or similar maintenance/CMMS platforms (Excel-based systems also welcome)Are confident interpreting engineering data and influencing shop floor behaviour
Have a keen eye for process improvement and a passion for continuous development
