As a Residential Support Worker, you will engage young children in fun, educational, and emotional activities that encourage personal growth and self-awareness. Through these experiences, you will help them develop a better understanding of their previous behaviour, improve their interpersonal skills within the home environment, and ultimately flourish within the wider community. Our 2 on 4 off shift pattern offers a secure and structured environment for young people while giving you time to recharge and pursue personal interests.
