A leading construction and manufacturing company in Enniskillen is seeking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join its expanding office-based sales team. Continued growth and investment across the UK and Ireland have created an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to become part of a successful and supportive business.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering the chance to manage both existing customer relationships and contribute to new business development.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting customers, managing accounts and working closely with colleagues to ensure sales orders are processed efficiently and customer expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with an established customer base.
  • Work alongside the wider sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Coordinate customer orders and requirements with the production department.
  • Build repeat business through regular telephone contact with existing customers.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
  • Carry out general administrative duties to support the sales function.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least two years' experience in a sales, account management or customer service role.
  • Strong IT skills, with previous CRM experience desirable.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and positive approach.
  • Organised with the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • A team player who is committed to delivering excellent customer service.
