About the Role

The successful candidate will join a collaborative and high-performing team focused on technology-enabled change. Acting as a trusted advisor, the SAP Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing full programme lifecycles - from shaping transformation agendas with C-level stakeholders to managing delivery through agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

This role offers the chance to lead multidisciplinary teams, provide mentorship to junior colleagues, and actively contribute to the growth of digital transformation services. With a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellence, the role also includes driving commercial growth and the development of internal tools, methods, and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large, complex SAP programmes aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Shape client transformation journeys by advising senior executives on SAP-led change initiatives.
• Oversee programme scope, budget, risk, benefits, governance, and delivery quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
• Lead, manage, and mentor cross-functional teams including onshore and offshore resources.
• Support business development efforts through proposal writing, commercial proposition development, and client engagement.
• Maintain deep expertise in SAP, cloud ERP technologies, and industry trends to support leading-edge delivery.
• Promote best practice in project reporting, governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to the development of tools, accelerators, and methodologies that enhance delivery capabilities.
• Actively support people development initiatives, coaching and mentoring junior team members.

Key Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience delivering high-value, multi-year SAP transformation programmes across diverse industries.
• Strong consulting and communication skills with a proven ability to influence and engage C-level executives.
• In-depth understanding of project and programme management frameworks (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, SAP Activate, Hybrid models).
• Clear knowledge of ERP-related business drivers and how they translate into successful transformation programmes.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience in supporting or leading business development activities.
• Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, PMI, or PPM are highly desirable.
• Proven leadership experience in managing multi-disciplinary, distributed teams.
