Starting Salary at 28,785, with progression opportunities to 30,622 per annum
Full time - 37 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Scheme Manager covering our Sheltered Housing Scheme in Norwich. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide support to our residents to enable them to live as independently as possible. The role involves:

About You
The role is extremely customer focussed and partnership working will often be required in order to meet the customers needs. Experience of multi-agency working and a good knowledge of local services is desirable.
The successful candidate will need a minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English & Maths) or equivalent, good numeracy and literacy skills; a strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and experience of providing support (including welfare and benefits) relevant to Tenants in Social Housing. Experience in a similar role is beneficial.
