We are looking for bank or supply staff to support a fantastic SEN setting in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. This setting provides a supportive and nurturing environment for individuals aged 7-19yrs with Autism Spectrum Disorder, communication difficulties and challenging behaviour. They're looking for someone who understands the challenges the young people face and be consistent, positive presence who motivates and supports them throughout their education journey. As part of the bank/supply team, you provide vital support for pupils during staff absences and busy periods, helping ensure everyone continues to thrive.

About the Role: Work alongside teachers and support staff to help children with a range of additional needs Provide 1:1 and small group support, both in and out of the classroom Encourage independence, social skills, and learning through tailored support Adapt to the needs of individual pupils and follow personalised learning plans Be part of a collaborative, caring team that values every child

Key Requirements: Experience working with children (school-based or otherwise) - desirable but not essential A passion for supporting children with SEND and a patient, caring approach Flexibility, reliability, and willingness to adapt to the needs of the school A proactive attitude and commitment to safeguarding children
