A well-established care provider is seeking a Senior Healthcare Assistant (Nights) to join the team at a beautifully maintained care home in Kent.
The home offers high-quality residential, nursing, respite, and dementia care within a warm and welcoming environment.
With a strong focus on person-centred support, the service is known for delivering compassionate care while helping residents maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of the night shift, providing hands-on care while supporting and guiding Care Assistants to maintain excellent standards throughout the home.
Previous care experience is essential, and applicants must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards this qualification.
Night shifts only are available for this position.
