Commercial & Corporate Senior Associate | In-House Senior Legal Counsel

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services and Governance for Europe, in a legal team of two, this seat with provide commercial legal advice to business units within the Fund and to assist the Legal Department in managing legal risk within the Fund internationally.
This role sits separate to our Investments Legal team, focusing solely on legal matters of the Fund and its entities internationally for non-investment related matters such as service agreements/vendors, liabilities & indemnities, technology, procurement, and much more.
The role has a mix of responsibilities across Legal, Governance & Compliance, Strategic Planning and Business Performance, and Stakeholder Management, including:
This role is based on-site at London King's Cross Estate, one of the core assets of the Fund's global portfolio, with a hybrid work schedule.
