Our client is a rapidly growing, international software and analytics organisation. Their products support senior decision-makers navigating complex, data-rich environments where strategy, investment and performance matter.

As growth accelerates, they are hiring a Senior Product Operations Associate to strengthen the foundations of their product function. This is a pivotal, high-visibility role focused on building the systems, insight and processes that enable product teams to deliver exceptional outcomes consistently and at pace.

You will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering and commercial teams, ensuring roadmaps are clear, releases are coordinated and decisions are grounded in robust data.

About You

• Understanding of experimentation and product performance metrics
• A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to design processes that scale
• Confidence partnering cross-functionally with technical and commercial stakeholders
• A highly organised, delivery-focused approach

Exposure to product analytics platforms, experimentation tools, product management systems or BI tools would be advantageous but not essential.
