Sense is recruiting for a Service Delivery Analyst to join our successful ICT team. This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week at our office in Selly Oak, Birmingham
This is an exciting time for data and technology at Sense. We are embarking on a technology and data driven transformation to use data to make better, faster decisions, to use technology systems drive efficiency and automation, and create a place where simple, intuitive technology frees up our people to do what they do best – be themselves.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation, availability, and performance of IT services. Their primary focus is on managing and improving data services, technology platforms, and support to meet business and customer needs
effectively. Responsible for service delivery oversight, service level management, reviewing operational supplier performance reports, and highlighting potential productivity enhancements. You will monitor and manage data and technology services to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with SLAs.
