Collaborate with skilled litigators and acquire knowledge by engaging is a diverse range of cases and working with a wide range of teams and services. Your responsibilities will cover a wide spectrum of adult care matters, including ordinary residence disputes, safeguarding and care management resolutions, challenges to community care decisions, complaints and public law challenges, and inter-agency disputes. Extensive experience is not a requirement - we're interested in potential. If you're adept at research, analysis, and communication, coupled with strong interpersonal and organisational skills, you're exactly the person we're seeking. Applications from candidates who are in the process of completing their qualifying work experience and SQE qualifications as a Solicitor will be considered.
