Position OverviewPlace, follow‑up, and monitor orders on internal and external suppliers. Work with suppliers to obtain delivery dates, improve due dates, and minimise back orders, invoice queries, and customer complaints. Manage inventory optimisation to balance overall stock value against holding the right stock at the right time, minimising obsolescence and expired products.
Key ResponsibilitiesCore working hours – Mon – Fri 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. or 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on a weekly rota, with flexibility to cover team holidays and sickness as required.
Hybrid working – a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, driven by business requirements, as Convatec has a flexible approach to office working.
Availability required one weekend per annum (usually November) for the whole warehouse stock‑take.
