Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene. It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that you've made someone's life better.

The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week including nights and weekends. We are currently seeking candidates who have a knowledge of British Sign Language or a minimum of 1 years Mental Health experience. All Saints Hospital which is a specialist Mental Health service which has self-contained flats for men over 18 years old, which helps them move along their care pathway to more independent living.
