Hours: Part-Time - up to 30 hours per week

Join our dedicated team in a specialist supported living setting, where you'll support young adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and complex needs to live full, independent, and joyful lives. Who Will
You Be Supporting? You'll be working with five individuals aged 19-31, each with their own personalities, routines, and goals.
The setting is a modern apartment-style home with shared spaces and a garden. They enjoy:Attending college and continuing their learning
Socialising and attending events
Gaming, comics, and relaxing in the garden
Trips to the cinema, bowling, and walks in the park
Exploring new hobbies and building confidence in the community
What Will You Be Doing?You'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team, helping people live life on their terms. Your role will include:Personal care - bathing, dressing, and toileting
Hoisting and mobility support - most individuals use wheelchairs
Meal support and PEG feeding - full training provided
Medication administration - including epilepsy support
Supporting communication - including Makaton (training provided)Working closely with families to ensure consistent, person-centred care
Flexible Shifts to Fit Around Your LifeWe're currently recruiting for two part-time roles:Position 1: 17:00-20:30, 3 evenings per week (10.5 hours/week)Position 2: 16:00-22:00, 5 evenings per week (30 hours/week)Weekend availability is a plus, and rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.Who We're Looking ForYou don't need previous experience-just the right values and a willingness to learn.
