About the roleAccommodation services provides Respite and Supported Living services for adults with a learning disability. Our aim is to support and empower service users to enhance their quality of life, maximise potential and to continue to develop and promote independent skills within their own home, in the Respite service and in the community.

About youYou will have a level 2 Care Certificate or equivalent in Health and Social care as a minimum and a willingness to undertake further qualifications in social care if applicable. There is a requirement to complete an induction which includes all mandatory training which will include E-Learning modules. You will also have previous experience of working within a person-centred care setting.
You will be someone able to work under your own initiative as there will be occasions where you are lone working. Clear procedures and protocols are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all our lone workers.
