Join our Digital Solutions team as a System Implementation Lead, where you'll drive strategic change across Social Care and various other service areas.

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex ICT projects, working within a multi-skilled team, and deliver user-centred digital solutions that improve service outcomes.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end system implementations and service transformation initiatives.
• Managing project delivery using agile methodologies and sprint planning.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to build capability and confidence.
• Developing business cases and leading procurement aligned with strategic goals.
• Ensuring compliance with ICT security, data protection, and service standards.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to co-design solutions that meet real-world needs.

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in ICT project delivery within a large organisation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A deep understanding of digital transformation in local government.
