Teaching & Learning Fellow in Forensic Psychology - Salford

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our successful Psychology team. The post will predominantly support the learning, teaching, and assessment of our students on our successful MSc Forensic Psychology programme. This also brings the potential to contribute to other undergraduate and postgraduate modules. You will also contribute to personal tutoring and project supervision for students. Our programmes aim to produce exceptional graduates who can work with diverse individuals across a variety of settings to improve health, wellbeing, and quality of life.

We are looking for a passionate and qualified individual to support our MSc Forensic Psychology program. The Teaching & Learning Fellow will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional educational experience to our students. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of future forensic psychology professionals and shape the field's future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design teaching material and deliver either across a range of modules or within a subject area relevant to our programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
  • Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student dissertations.
  • Contribute to the planning, design, and development of course and curriculum objectives and material, in collaboration with Student Information Directorate to ensure accuracy of central databases.
  • Set, mark, and assess work and examinations and provide feedback to students.
  • Act as personal tutor to a group of students.
