As a Technical Business Analyst, youll play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Working collaboratively with colleagues across Booker and Tesco, youll help shape and deliver systems and processes that improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support our ambitious growth plans.

Youll be part of a supportive and inclusive team, contributing to meaningful projects that impact colleagues, customers, and communities. No two days are the same youll be analysing requirements, supporting delivery, and ensuring solutions are fit for purpose.

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical or IT-focused role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate complex information in a clear, inclusive and accessible way
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements (e.g. user stories, process flows)
  • Confidence working with a range of stakeholders and building positive relationships
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow
  • Familiarity with Agile or similar delivery methodologies is beneficial
  • A passion for delivering great outcomes for customers and colleagues
