What You Will Do:

 

- Provide proactive technical support to customers and sales teams, anticipating and escalating potential issues to management and technical teams.

- Take ownership of technical issues, managing and escalating them as necessary, while maintaining excellent communication with internal and external customers.

- Document and log all technical issues in the central database, ensuring they are kept up to date and resolved efficiently.

- Support the sales team by providing solution advice, proposals, presentations, and other customer communications.

- Lead and oversee customisation projects from start to completion, ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.

- Manage demo systems and stock, ensuring timely fulfilment of demo requests while supporting onsite activities for customers and partners as needed.

 

What You Will Bring:

 

- Experience in at IT Support role working in computer diagnostics and repair.

- Detailed knowledge and understanding of PC building and skills in Windows-based personal systems, endpoint networking, and security.

- Strong written and spoken English skills, with additional European languages being a bonus.

- Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and within a small team, managing multiple priorities effectively.

- Excellent customer management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
