VANRATH are delighted to be working with an well established business based in Belfast City Centre who are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their team to cover an initial interim period. The Purchase Ledger Administrator will sit in the Admin & Finance Team to manage a high-volume purchase ledger and to ensure all financial records are up to date and maintained to the highest standards.

The Ideal Person
If you are an Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Admin with 2+ years' experience and interested in joining a fast-paced organisation:
- Strong working knowledge of Accounts Payable (High-volume)
- Experienced in resolution of customer queries regarding pricing
- Ability to work in a busy office environment
Responsibilities
As a Purchase Ledger you will be responsible for:
- Supplier invoice coding to nominal ledger
- Completing month end accruals and bank reconciliations
- Raising Purchase Orders (PO's) across various departments
- Update purchase invoices and credit notes
- Sales invoicing
- Allocate payments on a weekly and monthly basis
- Liaise with external suppliers
- Other duties as required
