What You'll Be Doing

As a Train Presentation Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring our trains look their best and are ready to welcome thousands of passengers each day. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, supporting, and motivatinga team of Train Presentation colleagues to achieve outstanding cleaning standards
Setting the exampleby delivering hands-on cleaning duties to GTR's high presentation standards
Acting as theSite Person in Charge, ensuring safety and smooth operations when required
Identifying and reporting faults or vandalismusing the correct procedures
Monitoring team performance, conducting audits, and implementing improvements where needed
Making sure all tasks meetcompany quality and safety standards
