Were on the lookout for a talented Transport Operator to join our team and help us deliver excellence every single night. Youll work Monday to Friday, 21:0006:00, giving you your weekends free and a consistent night schedule. Pay, benefits and more:Were looking to offer a salary of up to £26,832 per annum plus a 25% shift allowance. We offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.

What youll do on a typical day: Coordinate transport operations and route planning Manage admin for Night Network, Specialist, and contract operations Scan freight in/out of the warehouse Support cost-effective use of vehicles and subcontractors Ensure driver compliance and investigate incidents Progress into planning the General operation
What you need to succeed at XPO: Knowledge & experience of working in a transport office. Experience in routing drivers, warehousing, and administrative tasks. Confident communicator, especially by phone Flexible attitude and willingness to learn Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
