Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences
Maintain clear and well-organised design documentation to support effective development handoff
Refine and evolve early-stage concepts and prototypes into production-ready designs
Use modern tooling to generate and enhance visual assets, such as graphics, illustrations, and UI elements, to improve the overall look and feel of products
Contribute to making platforms more visually engaging and distinctive whilst maintaining usability and consistency
Where appropriate, contribute to shaping how new capabilities are introduced into the user experience
Candidate Requirements Essential
Demonstrable experience in UX/UI design and user-centred design principles
A portfolio showcasing interface design, user journeys, and visual design capability
