As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Marston Gate, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Overseeing a designated section of the distribution centre while managing a team of around 15 colleagues.

• Leading day‑to‑day operations, including picking, packing, resolving errors, driving productivity, and handling admin such as sickness, holidays, return‑to‑work interviews, disciplinaries and grievances.
• Monitoring and managing team KPIs, ensuring targets such as picks per hour are consistently met.
• Supporting and guiding the team on shift while also working hands-on, including a small amount of loading when required.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 2.00pm – 10.00pm

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• Strong people‑management skills with proven leadership experience; previous team‑leader or supervisory background is essential.
• Warehouse experience is desirable, along with the ability to work accurately and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting as part of daily duties.
• MHE licences (VNA, PPT, Counterbalance, Reach) are desirable; having one or more is beneficial but not essential.
