About The Role
SALARY: From 22,445 pa dependent on experience
LOCATION: Milton Keynes
HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.
HOURS / CONTRACT TYPE: Part time, permanent - Working 30 hours per week (hours to be spread across 5 days covering corehours)

Were looking for a Wholesale Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day running of our wholesale operations by processing orders, completing key tasks and ensuring everything is handled accurately and on time.
This detail-focused role will be instrumental in delivering reliable processes by handling a variety of tasks across multiple systems, resolving issues and supporting dealers and stakeholders through accurate work and clear reporting.
What youll be doing:

Manage credit facilities in line with compliance and regulatory requirements, supporting the movement of vehicle stock across the dealer network. - Accurately process credit limit transfers and funding transactions across multiple systems.
- Identify and escalate any operational issues to the Team Manager.
- Support dealer teams by providing guidance, training, and sharing best practice.
- Assist with dealer onboarding, corporate loans, and dealer terminations.
- Complete daily tasks within agreed service levels (SLAs), ensuring high levels of accuracy.
- Learn and carry out a wide range of processes, using problem-solving skills to handle queries across multiple areas.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and support more complex queries where needed.
- Investigate and resolve issues by building knowledge across systems and understanding how data is used.

Essential experience & skills

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across multiple systems, processes, and stakeholders to resolve queries. - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (SAP knowledge is a plus but not essential).
- High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to investigate issues, understand root causes, and suggest practical solutions.
- Well organised, with the ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A logical and methodical approach, with the ability to follow processes and work in a structured way.
