Situated downstairs from the Treeby & Bolton Shop & Gallery, Treeby & Bolton Café is a stylish and contemporary café in the centre of Keswick offering a tempting selection of cakes, light bites, lunches and the excellent Square Mile coffee.

We are looking for someone to work 3-5 days a week over our busy lunch time period with a minimum 9 hours and maximum 15 hours a week. Typical shifts will vary from 3-5 hours a day over our busy lunch time period. The candidate must be flexible and able to work short 3 hour shifts, weekends, school holidays and bank holidays.

We are looking for someone who enjoys making our customers happy, is hard working, flexible, friendly and enjoys working as part of a busy team. Applicants must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

We can offer full training including customer service & barista training, straight daytime shifts, good rates of pay, a discretionary annual bonus scheme, staff discount in the café and shop and a workplace pension.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Providing our customers with great customer service;

Seating customers and taking orders;

Money handling & taking payment;

Expertly making teas and coffees (barista training can / will be provided);

Serving drinks, food and cakes to customers;

Keeping the café clean and tidy

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 9 - 15 per week
