We are looking for an experienced restaurant supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing staff, customer service, inventory control, and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Ensure that all customer service standards are met.
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Train and manage staff to ensure they are meeting expectations.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to increase profitability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.50 per hour
