Cleaner (flats)

Job OverviewWe are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner to join our fantastic team to clean flats in Preston.

The cleaner must have a valid driving licence, have their own car and must be able to drive.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing a clean and welcoming environment for clients.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
• Ensure all areas are kept tidy and organised, including restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company guidelines.
• Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.

Experience

• Full driving licence and access to own car is essential as the cleaner would need to travel to the client with the cleaning equipment.
• Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality service.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
