Building Control Associate Director
Associate Director - Building Control Remote and Flexible working North West Team Travel - 1 or 2 days per week maximum Salary: £80k - £95k + Depending on experience This role will see you manage an established team with existing BSR and commercial projects across Merseyside, Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire meaning you havent got to build from scratch but you will have the autonomy to grow the unit how you think is best. From recruitment to people management, youll still have your own workload so it isnt a role where you dont get to do what you enjoy as well. Youll be able to delegate some workload to the Principal Surveyors in the team which will help them succeed into future managers and they develop your careers allowing you to progress with yours. There is scope to move into a Director position within this role and youll join the Senior Management team with a collaborative culture, While you are in a senior role, the dynamic at this company is less hierarchical which helps with staff retention and likely why the team stay engaged. Which will be music to your ears if you are implanting strategies now that you dont always align with. The project load is varied and youll work across all industries in the position, you will be client facing and managing client relationships and supporting the team with problem builds, dispute resolution or more complex technical issues.
