As part of our ongoing expansion, we are now recruiting a motivated and experienced Care Services Manager to join our team and lead operations across a defined region.The RoleThis senior leadership position offers a rewarding opportunity to manage and develop community-based care services. You will oversee service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational performance, ensuring our services meet the highest standards. Youll work closely with commissioning bodies such as local authorities and NHS partners, while managing and supporting care teams to deliver person-centred services. You will also be responsible for maintaining care quality systems, handling complaints, supporting audits, and managing budgets. The role will require flexibility, including participation in the on-call rota and occasional out-of-hours work.What Were Looking ForYou should hold an SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care or Leadership and Management (or equivalent), and have a minimum of three years experience in a senior operational role within adult domiciliary care. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of growing services, managing public sector contracts, and delivering results in a fast-paced care environment. Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills are essential, along with confidence in using care management systems and interpreting service performance data.Essential CriteriaApplicants must be registered with the SSSC (or eligible to register), hold or be willing to obtain PVG membership, and have the right to work in the UK.
