Caretaker

Full job description We are seeking a reliable and skilled Caretaker to work in one of the fantastic schools we work with in Swansea. Key Responsibilities: General maintenance and repair duties Basic plumbing tasks  Opening and closing, including occasional early mornings  Supporting with site security and general upkeep of facilities Assisting with the setup of rooms and events as required / this may involve heavy lifting  Litter picking around the school  Requirements: Proven experience in a similar caretaking or maintenance role Basic knowledge of plumbing and general building maintenance Ability to work independently and take initiative Good communication and teamwork skills Flexibility with working hours, including occasional early mornings  All applicants will be contacted to discuss suitability and then invited to register with TeacherActive.
