Claims Operations Technician

Summery We are working with a Lloyds a leading and innovative insurance Lloyds syndicate who requires a Claims Operations Technician to join their market-leading claims team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment, supporting the future direction of the claims function and delivering service excellence to customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting with the resolution of claim data quality issues, ensuring timely receipt and tracking of claims data through market platforms

Supporting onboarding and due diligence processes for delegated claims administrators (DCA)Assisting in coordination of delegated claims audits, peer reviews, and following up on DCA actions

Providing and presenting management information to internal stakeholders; assisting with claims data collation and validation for regulatory reporting

Monitoring loss fund balances, assessing funding adequacy, and identifying reconciliation issues

Liaising with claims and wider business stakeholders to understand risks and challenges related to outsourced claims arrangements, supporting remediation plans and resolution delivery

Performing day-to-day operations across various workstreams to ensure claims team meets service level standardsSKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confident in interacting with all levels of staff and external stakeholders

Ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks effectively

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointDesire to work towards CII qualifications

Interest in exploring AI solutions to drive efficiencies
