Commercial Manager
JN Technical is recruiting a Commercial Manager on behalf of a national construction contractor. In this role you will be overseeing the commercial activity of specialist multi million pound packages.
Commercial Manager Key Responsibilities : Oversee contracts to meet profit targets and protect commercial interests. Assist Project Managers with contractual entitlements and documentation. Manage cost analysis, payment applications, subcontractor accounts, and contract reviews.
Ensure projects meet deadlines, specifications, and compliance standards. Commercial Manager Requirements: Extensive construction industry experience with strong negotiation and commercial skills. Proficiency in contract management, site safety, and IT tools (Excel, Word, Project).
Experience with large scale specialist packages. Relevant degree or equivalent experience. Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and excellent communicator.
