Salary: Up to £170,000 (depending on experience)Hours: Full time Contract Type: Permanent A specialist healthcare facility in Norfolk is seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join its dedicated team. The hospital provides expert care for individuals with learning disabilities, complex mental health needs, challenging behaviours, and forensic backgrounds. Offering both low secure beds and a newly launched locked rehabilitation service, the setting supports patients in their recovery journeys through structured and compassionate care.

As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will work alongside experienced professionals who are deeply committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will receive strong support from the senior leadership team, ensuring you can focus on delivering the best clinical outcomes.

Administrative assistance is provided, and some remote or flexible working arrangements may be considered. Requirements for Consultant Psychiatrist:CCT or CESR certification

Experience in psychiatry of learning disabilities
