As the welcoming face of Barclays for branch visitors handling daily banking needs, your primary commitment will be to supporting customers, striving to ensure their experience is truly memorable.Key Accountabilities:Offer a warm and inviting welcome to each customer as they arrive at the BranchProvide assistance and guidance with self-service devices as requiredGuide customers with their scheduled appointmentsStrive to serve customers promptly and efficientlyHandle occasional inbound customer calls (post-training)Discuss digital banking options, applications, and online services with customersKey Skills:Experience in customer service (including face to face customer service role)Enthusiasm for customer assistance and confident interacting with a wide range of customersTelephony experience beneficial but not essential (full training provided)About BarclaysBarclays is a British universal bank.
