As a Customer Service Advisor, youll be the welcoming face for our customers, handling job bookings in our in-house system and discussing any technical concerns they may have.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • IT literate
  • Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
  • Experience working towards and achieving targets
  • Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment
  • Must have a full drivers licence with less than 9 points
