What youll do Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager Lead and inspire the team to fulfil their potential every day using our Leadership & Company Principles Diligently check and work deliveries, managing the till area and monitoring KPIs Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries Competently comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines
