What Youll Be Doing

In this role, youll be an integral part of a team focused on providing clear communication and expert advice around Leasehold Service Charges. Youll take ownership of both informal and formal queries and disputes, working proactively to resolve them while ensuring transparency. Collaborating with other Camden teams, you will help provide residents with the support and information needed to address Service Charge concerns, all while meeting performance targets and supporting income collection. Your work will contribute to delivering a relational, person-centred service that reflects Camdens commitment to its community.
