Oversee all aspects of service delivery across Llamaus RISE contract. RISE delivers expert, specialist, independent domestic abuse and other violence services. This includes a range of crisis accommodation, community-based services for adults and CYP and group work. Your role will include ensuring the provision of consistent, high quality, safe, trauma informed services and service outcomes.
You will directly line manage 3 Team/Project Managers and their teams/projects within the contracts, ensuring they comply with all contract requirements and are continuously providing best practice support, whilst developing provision. Alongside line management of a Volunteer Coordinator and Monitoring Officer.
You will be the main contact for contract management with Cardiff County Council Local Authorities, including accurate and timely submission of monitoring returns. You will also be responsible for ensuring all schemes are working towards achieving any outcomes and KPIs set by the commissioners, VAWDSV Legislation and Regional Strategy and delivery plans.
At all times you will monitor performance of projects and teams, ensuring Llamau continues to deliver the very best support to young people and vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness.

Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week plus on call rota
